ICJ Withdrawal (cancellation) procedure form
1. ICJのレッスンを退学(解約)されたい場合は、まず最初に下記の退学フォームに必要事項を記入してICJ事務局まで
ご連絡をお願い致します。
2.退学フォームをICJ事務局へ送って頂いた後で、ICJがあなたの退学手続きとレッスン料支払い(PayPal)の解約手続きを行います。
◆※手続き完了までICJの営業日の関係で、3～4日かかることもあります。ご了解宜しくお願い致します。
1. If you wish to drop out of the lessons of the ICJ (cancellation), to initially fill out the withdrawal form below ICJ Secretariat

2. After you have gotten send a withdrawal form to the ICJ Secretariat, ICJ will do the cancellation procedure of your withdrawal procedures and lessons fee payment (PayPal).
◆ ※ in the relationship of the business day of the ICJ to the completion of procedure, it may take three to four days. Thank you for your understanding my best regards.
2. After you have gotten then sent a withdrawal form to the ICJ Secretariat, you are now from the course name button of PayPal at the bottom of the form
